It’s difficult to beat the backdrop of the spectacular Laguna Bay when dining out. Bistro C, just a step away from the white sands of Noosa Main Beach offers a relaxed, light filled space for the perfect leisurely breakfast, long lunch, afternoon cocktail, or moonlit dinner.

Chef Dayle Merlo created each menu inspired by the amazing local produce our region has to offer. His team’s passion for food is evident in the award-winning cuisine.

Bistro C’s menus showcase the changing seasons in carefully created dishes. Including perennial favourites such as succulent steak, locally caught fish, oysters, and signature dishes like caramelised pork belly and a coconut chicken salad, as well as calamari that will melt in your mouth, the menu is something truly special.

With breakfasts like Spanner crab and egg remoulade with shaved fennel, edamame beans, capers, pickled zucchini and sesame flat bread or sticky beef, bean, and charred pimento soft tacos, diners are offered something different at Bistro C.

Perhaps the caramelised pork belly and seared scallops or the grilled rib eye with rosemary salted crushed potatoes for lunch? The marmalade glazed duck leg is beautifully balanced with the citrus emulsion and grilled stone fruits and greens or keep it simple with fresh barramundi or calamari.

For dinner by the silvery moon over water, you can’t go past good old local seafood spaghetti. It’s fresh off the boat and served straight from the pan for one or two to share. If you fancy sharing a few dishes with friends over some cocktails, everyone will love Bistro C’s karaage bug tails, served with a Tiger prawn and kaffir lime rice cake. Throw into the mix some Coffin Bay oysters, pork and chestnut dumplings and sticky lamb ribs with a side of greens and let the afternoon roll into evening.

Bistro C is a long-standing favourite of locals and visitors to Noosa Heads and is open from 7.30am until late, seven days.
