Fresh Natural Asian, on Gympie Terrace, is all about bringing the fantastic garden and local produce foods from the village and family homes to the plate.
Everything is cooked from scratch and they source all local produce from the Sunshine Coast to bring those real authentic flavours to the table.
They offer an array of South-East Asian fusions from Vietnamese, Thai, Cambodian, Malaysian, Indonesian to even a Buko pie from Philippines.
Traditional dishes are served in coconut bowls and on banana leaves on teak plates.
* Intimate and fun cooking classes are scheduled four days a week with a maximum of six persons conducted on the terrace overlooking the river. The classes offer a whole wok of experience from just $60 per person with a hands on cooking and you get to taste the dishes you prepare.
Shelly’s Delights are now on every Wednesday from 6pm. Renowned local Thai identity Shelly Phanich will create three choices out of seven of her special treats with a wine or beer for just $40 per person. You will be entertained by her character and unique laugh while she cooks among the guests.
Fresh is chuffed to have head chef Paul Roets managing these authentic cuisines in the kitchen and who has been credited with one Michelin hat in the past.
Eat from an expansive, elevated and covered terrace, right through to the indoor area and open kitchen, all overlooking the beautiful Noosa River.
Guests repeatedly comment on the fresh full spicy flavours offered and Fresh either takes them back to a memory they once had when travelling or give them an opportunity to take them on a journey they haven’t had before.
