What better way is there to celebrate Australia Day than by throwing something on the barbie – whether it’s lamb, prawns or snags?
Last week Noosa Today found some visitors to the region beside the Noosa River putting their own stamp on the Aussie barbecue, with steaks, spicy chicken, burgers and even chicken hearts on the menu.
