Hinterland favourite, Cooroy RSL will now be serving up scrumptious meals for brunch five days a week, Wednesday to Sunday from 9am to noon.
Slept in? Early breakfast and hungry again? Just love brunch like most of us do? Wander in to Cooroy and enjoy their new brunch menu.
Choose from eggs and toast served poached, fried or scrambled with slow roasted tomato or ham and cheese French toast with maple syrup only $10 for members and $12 non-members.
A hearty serve of smashed avocado and poached eggs on toasted sourdough with pepper jelly, rocket and marinated fetta or mushroom bruschetta with poached eggs, sourdough, aged balsamic and rocket will keep you going all day long.
What about that sweet tooth? Cooroy RSL have that covered too with their generous serving of pancakes stacked with berries, whipped cream and maple syrup.
If you have a big hunger to bust, then the Big Brunch is for you. It comes with two eggs served the way you like them with sausage, toast, mushrooms, roasted tomato, bacon and hash brown.
You can always add extra bacon, eggs, hash browns, sausages, and mushrooms to any meal too.
Cooroy RSL are always the go-to for a yummy meal that doesn’t break the budget.
Located on Maple Street, Cooroy, the RSL is still open for lunch seven days a week, from noon to 2pm and dinner is from 6pm to 8pm.
