Head chef Andrew Wilcox has created a stunning menu to showcase these local producers with Suncoast Lime and Chilli Salt Squid, Green Paw Paw, and Mango Salad to start, Rhodavale Pork Belly, Nambour Pineapple, Pancetta, Chilli and Herbs for main course, and a delicious Chocolate Brownie with Cooloola Mixed Berries, Sweet Cream and Walnut Crumble to finish.
